What You Can Learn From a Blind Man | God's Classroom

Jesus already knew Bartimaeus was blind. He knew his condition, his struggles, and his need. So why did He ask?

Sometimes, God asks us questions not because He lacks knowledge, but because He wants us to reveal what is truly in our hearts. He wants us to move beyond what we say on the surface and acknowledge what we genuinely desire, what we are believing Him for, and what we are willing to bring before Him.

Bartimaeus teaches us that even when others try to silence us, we must know who Jesus is and refuse to let anything stop us from calling on Him. Although he was physically blind, he recognized something that others might have missed: Jesus was the One who could change his life.

In this teaching from God's Classroom, discover the deeper lessons behind Jesus' encounter with Blind Bartimaeus and what his story reveals about faith, spiritual understanding, and the condition of our hearts.

If Jesus asked you today, “What do you want Me to do for you?” what would your answer reveal about you?

Join us as we learn how God uses questions, moments, and circumstances to bring what is hidden in our hearts to the surface.

Watch, reflect, and allow this lesson to challenge the way you approach God, your faith, and the things you are asking Him to do in your life.
